We are looking to incorporate a person into the **Hostal Es Grop** team for the position of **kitchen assistant / waiter**, with a positive attitude, clear customer orientation, ability to adapt to new challenges, and, above all, someone who enjoys working in a dynamic team, eager to contribute ideas and grow professionally. This is a **newly opening hostel in July 2026**, located in Port de la Selva, with 18 rooms, where we seek committed individuals who wish to be part of the project from its inception. **Main tasks and responsibilities:** * Preparation of breakfasts (basic preparations, coffee, juices, etc.). * Setup and restocking of the breakfast buffet, ensuring an appealing presentation. * Customer service during breakfast service and resolution of questions or needs. * Basic stock control and communication of restocking requirements. * Collection, cleaning, and maintenance of the kitchen and breakfast area. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety protocols. * Occasional support to other service areas if required. **Requirements:** * Previous experience working in hotels, restaurants, or similar environments. * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual. * Good customer interaction skills and service orientation. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Strong motivation to work and learn. * Availability to work morning shifts. * Food Handler’s Certificate **Offered:** * Contract according to the Hospitality Collective Agreement. * Morning shift schedule (breakfast service). * Integration into a new project from its beginning. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for continuity and growth within the project **If you want to be part of the opening of a new hostel in a privileged location like Port de la Selva, we’re looking for you!** Salary: 1\.450,00€\-1\.500,00€ per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
