We continue to grow and are currently looking to incorporate an **Assembly and Warehouse Operator** who wants to become part of a dynamic team for an ambitious project in the midst of growth and international expansion. This profile will play a key role in sample management and assembly, as well as in operational logistics. They will be responsible for assembling samples, preparing and controlling inventory, and ensuring our products are ready for review and display, representing Kave Home's operational excellence. **Main Responsibilities** * Assemble samples intended for internal review, outlets, or stores, following Kave Home standards and established timelines. * Collaborate in external assemblies (store, end customer, etc.) and resolve incidents. * Manage the process from request initiation to closure, including receiving information, execution, and complete delivery to the relevant team. * Control and update records of goods entering and leaving, including inventory, product movements, and incident resolution. * Apply safety procedures (PRL), ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards. * Work transversally with design, media, quality, and product teams to prioritize tasks according to company needs and strategy. **Profile Requirements** * Previous experience as a warehouse operator or in similar roles (receiving, order preparation, assembly). * Prior experience in furniture assembly is valued. * Ability or willingness to be trained in the use of forklifts, stackers, and pallet trucks (manual, electric, etc.). * Demonstrated ability to work under defined procedures and effectively manage software tools. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and document registration and control abilities. * Willingness to actively participate in multi-day external assemblies, whether in stores or other locations, and resolve incidents. * Basic knowledge or training in PRL regulations. * Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, and commitment to continuous improvement. **What do we offer?** * Join a company that is transforming the world of furniture and home decor! * Be part of an ambitious project with great opportunities for professional development and growth. * Enjoy a unique workspace with new, open-plan, and sustainable offices. * Fresh fruit available every morning.
