




A company in the food sector is looking for a Customer Service and Cashier Manager to work in Girona and carry out the following tasks: * Management of cashier teams and work shifts. * Support new staff members. * Supervise proper cash register operations and resolve incidents. * Verify cash register payments. * Perform closing procedures. * Handle complaints, suggestions, or incidents. * Manage returns, exchanges, and tickets. Full-time schedule of 40 weekly hours from Monday to Saturday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail stores. * We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and versatile individual. * Living near the workplace is a plus. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and Spanish required. Having completed a GM/GS qualification is desirable.
