Document Management: • Receiving, reviewing, and archiving purchasing-related documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. • Maintaining accurate and organized records in the document management system. • Preparing and updating purchasing reports for senior management. 2\. Administrative Support: • Handling documentation-related complaints • Sending and tracking documentation 3\. Supplier Relations: • Coordinating with suppliers to monitor purchase orders and delivery of goods and documentation across Europe • Resolving incidents and complaints with suppliers. • Maintaining an up-to-date supplier and contract database. 4\. System Management: • Using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for purchasing management. • Updating and maintaining product and supplier information in the system. • Generating reports and data analysis for decision-making. 5\. Logistics Support: • Retrieving and generating export documentation 6\. Compliance and Regulations: • Ensuring all purchasing activities comply with internal policies and applicable legal regulations. • Supporting internal and external audits by providing required documentation. 7\. Continuous Improvement: • Participating in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives within the purchasing department. • Proposing innovative solutions to optimize purchasing management and reduce costs. ### **Requirements** 1\. Academic Qualifications: • University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields is desirable. • Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM / CFGS) 2\. Experience: • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry (valuable) • Experience in international purchasing management and supplier relations. 3\. Skills and Competencies: • Proficiency in ERP systems. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Advanced level of English and German (other European languages are a plus). 4\.
