We are looking for **an experienced Kitchen Assistant** to join one of our residential facilities in **Arbúcies.** The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We offer:** * Schedule: 6:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with rotating shifts every two weeks. * Duration: Temporary replacement. * **Salary: approx. 1200–1250 gross euros per month, paid in 14 installments annually.** * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards its employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and supervise the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. * **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
