In this unit, we help organizations transform into intelligent enterprises by connecting processes, departments, and functions through comprehensive enterprise management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and support data-driven decision-making using advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** ------------------------------- You will lead implementation projects, perform SAP system configuration, optimization, and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customized solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Design SAP solutions aligned with the client’s strategic objectives. * Configure and customize SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.) to meet business requirements. * Serve as the primary client contact point, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction. * Provide go-live support to resolve issues. * Document configurations, processes, and implemented solutions. * Identify and propose improvements to implementation processes and practices. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * A **university degree** in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * **Advanced English proficiency**, especially for international projects. * **Experience:** 3\-5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a specific focus on one or more modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.). * **Technical/Functional Knowledge:** + Advanced expertise in SAP module configuration and thorough understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality. + Knowledge of integration with other systems and SAP development tools (ABAP, Fiori, etc.). + SAP certification (preferred) in relevant modules, and familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Scrum Master). + Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective solutions. + Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
