




Position Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a Facility Maintenance Standardization Manager to lead the definition and coordination of preventive maintenance plans, optimizing infrastructure management. Participation in strategic projects at the corporate level. **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, seeks to hire a **Facility Maintenance Standardization Manager**. This is a newly created role, driven by the need to appoint a person responsible for defining and coordinating preventive maintenance plans across **Ingeteam**. The selected candidate’s **mission** will be to lead the standardization of equipment and systems used within the organization and to develop an integrated, enterprise-wide view of facilities. Their work will contribute to more efficient, consistent, and sustainable infrastructure maintenance management. **Responsibilities** * Define and structure the **overall preventive maintenance plan** for all Ingeteam facilities and equipment. * Optimize infrastructure **reliability and availability** through data-driven technical management based on historical data and performance analysis. * Standardize **equipment, materials, and procedures** to unify criteria and reduce operational costs. * Lead the **implementation of the PRISMA CMMS system** across all Ingeteam sites, ensuring its proper configuration, usage, and maintenance. * Implement **continuous improvement practices** in maintenance management, aligned with the Group’s sustainability and energy efficiency goals. * Provide an **enterprise-wide perspective and cross-functional coordination** for infrastructure maintenance, integrating the needs of different sites. **Requirements** * Technical university degree (preferably in **Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields**). * Minimum of **5 years’ experience** in maintenance leadership roles for industrial infrastructure. * Knowledge of building and industrial facility maintenance management. * Proficiency in **CMMS systems** and office software. * **English proficiency level B2** or higher. **Desired Competencies** * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Enterprise-wide vision of facilities and industrial processes. * Leadership and cross-functional coordination skills. * Commitment to continuous improvement and sustainable resource management. **What We Offer** * Stable employment with a technology innovation leader. * Permanent contract and genuine professional development opportunities. * Participation in strategic, enterprise-wide standardization projects. * A collaborative work environment focused on operational excellence.
