Our camping, located in Blanes, is looking for a committed, proactive Maintenance Manager eager to become part of a dynamic and natural environment. Responsibilities: \- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, air conditioning, swimming pools, gardens, buildings and general facilities. \- Supervise and coordinate the technical team by assigning daily tasks and monitoring job progress. \- Respond to and resolve urgent incidents or breakdowns affecting resort operations. \- Monitor the operation of machinery, generators, water pumps, air conditioning systems, boilers, elevators, etc. \- Manage and control the department budget. \- Coordinate and verify work carried out by external companies or technical service providers. \- Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and energy sustainability standards. \- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, placing orders when necessary. \- Participate in renovation, remodeling, or facility improvement projects. \- Monitor water, electricity, and energy consumption to optimize resources and detect anomalies. \- Prepare periodic technical reports and incident reports for the management team. Requirements: \- Minimum of 2 years' experience in general maintenance, preferably in tourist facilities, campgrounds, or similar environments. \- Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, gardening, and/or air conditioning. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Responsible, organized individual with strong problem-solving orientation. \- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends. \- Valid class B driver's license (own vehicle is a plus).
