We are looking to incorporate a Maintenance Technician into our Alannia El Pinar (Blanes) team to ensure the proper condition and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in various areas of the campsite, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. **Main Responsibilities** \- Painting and renovation of facilities, furniture, and structures within the campsite. \- General maintenance of facilities: plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and masonry. \- Detection and repair of malfunctions. \- Collaboration on improvement and renovation projects. \- Compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Requirements \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Class B driver's license. \- Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. \- Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
