LABOR ORIENTATION TECHNICIAN - GIRONA - POEJ PROGRAM - 20 HOURS

At the Intermedia Foundation, we are seeking a Labor Orientation Technician for the POEJ program in GIRONA. This is an orientation, training, and labor intermediation program for young people from the province of Girona. Advise and inform project participants so they can progress in their labor insertion process. Support individualized sociolaboral insertion pathways, adapting interventions to each person's needs. Provide up-to-date information on the labor market and effective job search strategies. Coordinate interventions with other professionals to ensure collaborative and coherent work. Identify, recruit, and select the most suitable candidates for various job openings. Coordinate with the training center where young people receive technical\-professional training. Carry out labor intermediation activities to establish collaboration agreements and build synergies with companies and organizations. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Valuable experience carrying out labor orientation\-intermediation and/or training tasks with individuals in situations of social exclusion or at risk of vulnerability. Experience working with young people. * Competencies / knowledge: To participate in the selection process, candidates must hold: A university degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy; or a diploma or bachelor’s degree in the social field (social education). Valuable experience carrying out labor orientation\-intermediation and/or training tasks with individuals in situations of social exclusion or at risk of vulnerability. Experience working with young people. Catalan and Spanish: fluent spoken and written proficiency. Advanced user-level computer skills. * Permanent employment contract. * Part-time position (20 hours \- weekly schedule). * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1100' to '1200'. * Additional relevant information: Contract period from September 15, 2026 to September 30, 2027. Contract type: permanent. Working hours: 20 hours per week. Schedule: to be determined during the interview. Salary: 1\.144,39 gross per month, paid in 12 installments. Start date: September 15, 2026; end date: September 30, 2027.
