




Job Summary: We are seeking a geriatric care assistant for a residential care center to provide support in ADLs and coordinate with the healthcare team, enhancing holistic care for older adults. Promoting comprehensive care for older adults We are looking for a geriatric care assistant for a senior residential care center located in Calella. RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate closely with the residential center’s healthcare and technical team to ensure residents’ overall well-being. * Provide support and perform residents’ ADLs (personal hygiene, showers, hydration, feeding, etc.). * Promote elder care through holistic, person-centered approaches. * Assist healthcare staff in their designated responsibilities, such as pressure ulcer prevention and care. WE OFFER Full-time position with the following schedule: * **Extended week:** Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 08:00 to 20:00 (1-hour lunch break, 30-minute breakfast break, and 15-minute afternoon snack break) * **Short week:** Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 08:00 to 20:00 (1-hour lunch break, 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute afternoon snack break) A complete uniform is provided. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Official qualification as Gerocultora, Vocational Training (GM) in Nursing Assistant, Certificate of Aptitude, or final-year student in Vocational Training (GM) in Care for Dependent Persons. Motivation to work and initiative. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge in geriatrics and elderly care.
