You will be responsible for ensuring that each morning’s breakfast is served with quality, organization, and meticulous attention to detail, working within a professional team that values your experience and autonomy. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Prepare your station and ensure everything is ready before the first guests arrive. * Supervise product replenishment and guarantee impeccable presentation and quality. * Coordinate with kitchen and dining room staff to ensure efficient and organized service. * Maintain cleanliness and order at all times, attending to details noticed by guests. * Resolve unexpected issues promptly and judiciously, ensuring service consistently meets the hotel’s standards.
