The duties include: taking orders, team management (between 10 and 25 people), customer relations, order management, problem solving and resolution, coordinating services with the Head Chef, organizing dining room operations. We offer a permanent discontinuous contract, full-time working hours during the season. We work 9 months per year plus vacations.
