Culinary training or equivalent professional certification is required. Prior experience in kitchen operations, brunch, or hospitality with continuous service is mandatory. The candidate must be organized, dynamic, and capable of teamwork in high-paced environments. Flexible working hours are required to cover morning shifts and weekends. Sensitivity towards healthy eating and attention to detail will be valued. • Preparation, cooking, and presentation of the healthy brunch menu (toasts, bowls, eggs, pancakes, banana bread, granola, homemade pastries, and vegan and gluten-free options), following established technical sheets. • Daily mise en place organization: fruit and vegetable preparation, basic cooking, cream and sauce preparation, toppings, and bases for continuous service. • Use of kitchen equipment (oven, griddle, mixer, slicer, vacuum sealer, etc.) and monitoring of proper operation. • Dish assembly during service according to quality, speed, and precise presentation standards. • Stock control, goods receipt, and proper product rotation. • Maintenance of kitchen order and cleanliness, including tools and work surfaces. • Constant coordination with the dining room and café teams to ensure agile and efficient service. * Higher Vocational Training Title \- Hospitality and Tourism * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary 2091
