We are currently looking to hire a **Cook** for our **Nautic Park Hotel**, located in **Castell\-Platja d’Aro**. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation, cooking, and presentation of buffet dishes. * Production of Mediterranean, national, and international cuisine. * Organization of kitchen stations and daily mise en place support. * Monitoring proper storage and preservation of raw materials. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). * Collaboration with the Head Chef to ensure proper service execution. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and upkeep of the workstation. * Assisting with order reception and product rotation. **Requirements:** * Formal training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience as a Cook**, preferably in holiday hotels or buffet settings. * Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and high-volume production. * Experience with HACCP regulations and food handling. * Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Residence in Platja d’Aro, nearby areas, or ability to commute daily. **Conditions:** * Temporary contract * Full-time position * Positive work environment * Opportunities for career advancement within RV Hotels.
