




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook to manage a station in a modern Mediterranean restaurant, ensuring precision, quality, and teamwork within a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage a station, ensuring precision and quality in each preparation. 2. Maintain standards of organization and cleanliness in the work area. 3. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Compartir restaurant in Cadaqués, opened in April 2012, emerged after years of intensive work at elBulli, where Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro, and Eduard Xatruch met and developed professionally. Its gastronomic concept centers on modern Mediterranean cuisine with intense flavors, served as shared dishes placed at the center of the table. It is the first restaurant of these three chefs. We are looking for a cook with 3 or 4 years of experience capable of managing a station: **JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage a station, ensuring precision and quality in each preparation. * Maintain standards of organization and cleanliness in your work area. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Coordinate with other stations to ensure flawless execution of each dish. * Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with the head chef’s directives. **WHAT WE OFFER:** **Salary:** Annual range between €25,000 and €30,000. **Contract:** Fixed-term discontinuous contract until October/November, with potential to continue with the group in autumn, depending on restaurant needs. **Location:** Cadaqués.
