Our team consists of **more than 6,500 employees**, highly skilled professionals from over 45 countries. **Mission:** * **Leadership and Team Coordination:** + Supervise and coordinate section personnel, including Team Leaders and Section Managers. + Organize workloads according to Planning and Shift Supervisor instructions. + Allocate and coordinate staff based on operational needs. * **Production and Resource Management:** + Monitor **productivity** and **quality standards** within the area. + Manage resources to ensure achievement of defined **productivity targets**. + Provide necessary solutions and resources for smooth production execution. * **Environmental and Safety Management:** + Ensure proper **waste segregation and minimization** generated in the warehouse. + Know and apply the communication and response protocol in case of **chemical spills**, including their safe collection. **Your Responsibilities:** We are looking for a proactive individual with experience in team and operations management. * **Direct Supervision and Coordination** of personnel (Team Leaders and Section Managers). * **Staff Allocation and Adjustment** based on workload and operational needs. * **Workload Organization** aligned with Planning and Shift Supervisors. * **Provision of Solutions and Resources** to ensure uninterrupted production. * **Monitoring and Optimization of Productivity and Quality** in the area. * **Resource Management** to meet performance targets. * **Ensure Waste Segregation and Minimization** in the warehouse. * **Application and Execution of Safety Protocols** in case of chemical spills. **To succeed in this role, you need a positive and dynamic attitude, as well as the following qualifications:** **Proactivity, leadership, strategy, and people management.**
