Job Summary: We are seeking a geriatric care assistant for a residential care facility to provide support in ADLs and holistic care for older adults, coordinating with the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination with the healthcare team to ensure resident well-being 2. Support in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and holistic care 3. Promoting comprehensive care for older adults We are looking for a geriatric care assistant for a senior residential care facility located in Calella. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collaborate with the facility’s healthcare and technical teams to ensure residents’ overall well-being. * Provide support for and perform residents’ ADLs (personal hygiene, showers, hydration, feeding, etc.). * Enhance care for older adults through holistic attention. * Assist the healthcare team in tasks within their scope of responsibility, such as pressure sore care. **WE OFFER** Full-time position with the following schedule: * **Long week:** Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 08:00 to 20:00 (1-hour lunch break) * **Short week:** Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 08:00 to 20:00 (1-hour lunch break) A complete uniform is provided. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** Official qualification as Gerocultora, Vocational Training (GM) in Nursing Assistant, Certificate of Aptitude, or final-year student; or GM Technical Qualification in Care for Dependent Persons. Motivation to work and initiative. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Knowledge of geriatrics and elderly care.
