Job Summary: Mitie Integra, S.L., a Special Employment Center, is seeking an Auxiliary Customer Service Assistant to handle opening/closing, visitor attention, ticket sales, cash reconciliation, and general support. Since then, it has competed across various market sectors under virtually equal conditions with other companies, offering added value through services delivered by people with disabilities. **JOB OPENING IN CALELLA:** \*Job Offer – Auxiliary Shelter Calella\* Hiring Entity: MITIE INTEGRA CET Special Employment Center Workplace: Shelter Calella Position Category: Customer Service Assistant Main Responsibilities * Opening and closing the facility (key custody). * Attending to visitors. * Selling tickets and handling payments. * Cash reconciliation. * Monthly settlement of sold tickets jointly with the municipal authority’s responsible person. * Providing general support for the center's operations. \*Working Hours and Schedule\* Standard weekly schedule: 8 hours per week * Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: 10:00–14:00 Extended schedule for July, August, and September: 24 hours per week * Tuesdays to Sundays: 10:00–14:00 Residence in Calella or nearby areas is preferred. \*Salary\* * Gross monthly salary (12 payments): €284.90 * Summer schedule (24 hours = 60% of full-time) * Gross monthly salary for July–August–September: €854.70 \*Requirements\* * Disability certificate indicating ≥ 33% disability. * Registration as a job seeker (valid DONO). * Responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork. **HIGHLY PREFERRED: disability certificate indicating ≥ 33% disability.** **HIGHLY PREFERRED:** prior experience performing similar tasks. **HIGHLY PREFERRED:** knowledge of foreign languages.
