We are looking for a person with a great passion for automotive engineering whose main objective is the pursuit of perfection in their daily work. The position To succeed in this role, you must be familiar with pre-preg carbon fiber lamination techniques. If you have prior experience as a composite laminator and pay great attention to detail, then you could be the person we are looking for. Responsibilities: \- Interpret blueprints, instructions and lamination manuals (plybook) \- Laminate aesthetic and structural parts in pre-preg carbon fiber. \- Produce molds and tools in carbon fiber. \- Use common industry tools: cutter, scissors, blades, sanders, etc. \- Prepare parts for curing in autoclave through vacuum bagging. \- Follow processes to ensure maximum quality at all times, completing necessary documentation. \- Identify defects in lamination. \- Ensure the workplace remains clean and organized following the 5S philosophy. Requirements: \- Previous experience as a composite laminator. \- High attention to detail, organized and methodical worker. \- Ability to learn and grow. \- Accustomed to working in changing environments. \- Intermediate level of English is a plus: ability to express yourself and read technical instructions. \- Valid driver's license Personal attributes To succeed in this role, you must be goal-oriented, both individually and as part of a team.
