We are continuously expanding, which is why we need to fill several carbon fiber laminator positions. We seek an individual with great passion for the automotive industry whose primary daily objective is the pursuit of perfection in their work. The Position: To succeed in this role, you must be familiar with pre-preg carbon fiber lamination techniques. If you have prior experience as a composite laminator and possess strong attention to detail, you could be the person we are looking for. Responsibilities: \- Interpret drawings, instructions, and lamination manuals (plybook) \- Laminate aesthetic and structural carbon fiber pre-preg parts \- Produce molds and tools in carbon fiber \- Use standard industry tools: utility knives, scissors, blades, sanders, etc. \- Prepare parts for autoclave curing using vacuum bagging \- Follow processes to ensure highest quality at all times, completing required documentation \- Identify lamination defects \- Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with the 5S philosophy Requirements: \- Prior experience as a composite laminator \- Strong attention to detail; organized and methodical worker \- Ability to learn and grow \- Experience working in dynamic environments \- Intermediate English level is a plus: ability to communicate and read technical instructions \- Valid driver's license Personal Attributes: To succeed in this role, you must be goal-oriented both individually and as part of a team.
