This key role combines customer service and operational management to ensure an excellent experience for both owners and guests. **Functions and responsibilities: What will your day-to-day look like?** \- Maintain relationships with property owners, optimizing property quality and profitability. \- Manage the office’s daily operations, including check\-ins, check\-outs, and incident resolution. \- Coordinate and supervise external partners (cleaning, maintenance) to ensure customer satisfaction. \- Collaborate with the central team on planning and improving operational processes. \- Prepare periodic reports on performance and customer satisfaction, proposing improvements. **Requirements: Who are we looking for?** * **Education**: Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, operations, or relationship management within the tourism or real estate sector. * **Languages**: Spanish and English.
