Professional career development opportunities within the organization We wish to hire an **Elevator Maintenance Technician** in Lorca who will be responsible for **preventive and corrective elevator maintenance**. **Your responsibilities will include** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators. * Responding to service alerts and performing minor repairs. * Managing an in-house elevator fleet. * Interfacing with clients. **What we offer** * A stable and well-compensated position. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Teamwork with support from a coordinator. * Professional career development opportunities within the organization. * Company car and mobile phone * Certification for elevator maintenance through one of the following: + Vocational Training (FP) in Electromechanical Maintenance. + Vocational Training (FP) in Industrial Mechatronics. + Historical qualifications equivalent to or aligned with the above: + Professional Certificates: IMAQ0110, IMAQ0210, IMAQ0108, FMEE0208, or IMAQ0208\. + Elevator technician certification via pathways specified in the Elevator ITC (e.g., examination, industry route, PEAC, etc.). * Minimum 3\-4 years’ experience in lifting equipment maintenance. * Valid driver’s license. * Residence in Lorca or surrounding areas.
