The primary responsibility is to maintain production lines in continuous, efficient, and safe operation, ensuring final product quality. Tasks include troubleshooting mechanical failures, adjusting machinery, and preparing production lines for product changeovers. You will also actively contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and proposing technical solutions. Initiative and idea contribution toward process optimization are strongly encouraged. The company offers an indefinite-term contract from day one, providing job stability and attractive salary supplements such as night-shift allowances. Shifts are rotating; you may choose a Monday–Friday schedule (morning, afternoon, or night shifts) or weekend and holiday shifts. Continuous training is provided in occupational risk prevention, food safety, and good maintenance practices, reinforcing your technical profile. Candidates must demonstrate analytical ability, technical education, adaptability to shift work and teamwork, as well as responsibility in dynamic environments. Technical education in industrial maintenance, such as a Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) degree in electricity, mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field. Required competencies include the ability to analyze and solve technical problems, attention to detail, precision, adaptability to dynamic environments and rotating shifts.
