Santa Emilia, a family residence, boutique accommodation, and cultural center in Mondoñedo (Lugo), seeks a serious, stable, and versatile person to handle the daily care of the house and estate. The position requires relocation and offers optional private accommodation. Responsibilities include detailed cleaning, laundry and ironing, simple home cooking when necessary, gardening and path maintenance, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, preparation of spaces for guests and cultural activities, task logging, and reporting of incidents. Employment contract and registration with Social Security are provided. Expected remuneration ranges from EUR 850 to EUR 1,150 per month, depending on the agreed working hours and experience; the gross contractual salary will be adjusted according to working hours and applicable regulations. This is a stable position with training provided on house procedures. Functional English is mandatory. Basic Spanish or a genuine willingness to learn it is required. The ideal candidate is discreet, honest, organized, and emotionally stable, capable of working consistently without continuous supervision.
