Currently, SOS Children's Villages is selecting an Educational Technical Assistant for its Madrid Village, **located in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, to cover the summer period, with start date on July 27. STARTING ON JULY 27 IS MANDATORY.** **The selected person will perform** **nighttime care duties for children and adolescents, with the following main responsibilities:** * Attend to basic needs—including hygiene, health, nutrition, and sleep—of assigned groups of children, adolescents, and youth. * Ensure their safety through direct supervision and monitoring of areas where minors are located, preventing risky or dangerous situations and safeguarding protection at all times. * Assist in administering and monitoring medical treatments received by children, adolescents, and youth. * Assist in maintaining and caring for the residence. * Prepare menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Collaborate with other staff and professionals involved in the daily lives of children, adolescents, and youth. * Participate in educational meetings. **Profile:** * Vocational training in Social Integration or Socio-Cultural Services. * Minimum 1 year of experience in caring for children and/or adults. * **Availability to work nighttime shifts (from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.) for five consecutive days, followed by five days off.** * Training in gender-based violence, equal opportunities, and diversity support will be valued. * Ability to work effectively in teams, willingness to engage, and enthusiasm for child-related work. * **Availability to start on July 27** * Residency in the Sierra de Madrid area, near San Lorenzo de El Escorial, will be valued. **Offered:** * Salary: €1,500.47 gross per month (14 payments per year; extra payments in June and December) * Upon completion of the contract period, inclusion in the organization’s employment pool. **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Not specified **Salary:** Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Master's degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 22/07/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
