Job Summary: We are seeking a Back-End e-Commerce Developer to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions within a dynamic and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop clean, scalable, and efficient code. 2. Collaborate on researching and implementing new technologies. 3. Act as a mentor for junior/mid-level developers. At Dia, we aim to hire a Back-End e\-Commerce Developer for the ***New Development Directorate.*** The selected candidate will join the team to design, develop, and implement high-quality, innovative software solutions that drive organizational growth and efficiency. You will join a **dynamic and collaborative** team working with a cutting-edge **Cloud Native microservices architecture**, enabling you to participate in the **entire process**, from conception through to deployment. Your ***responsibilities*** will include: * Designing and developing clean, scalable, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and established coding standards. * Collaborating with the Technical Lead on researching, evaluating, and implementing new technologies, tools, and development methodologies to foster innovation and improve team efficiency. * Acting as a mentor and guide for *junior/mid\-level* developers, sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and promoting the adoption of best practices. * Collaborating closely with the Technical Lead and Architecture team on designing and implementing solutions. You will be a key advocate for applying patterns and architectures that ensure technical consistency, reusability, and scalability. * Managing and resolving complex incidents by identifying root causes, and actively contributing to improving the team’s development processes. ***Requirements:*** * **5 years** of experience as a high-performance software developer. * *Extensive experience in* **Back-End** development using **Golang and Node** (Java, C, C\+\+ are desirable). * Knowledge of designing and developing **RESTful APIs** and **messaging systems (PubSub, Kafka)**. * Experience with **relational SQL and document-oriented databases** (Couchbase, MongoDB, etc.). * Proficiency with version control tools (**GitLab**, etc.) and development workflows. * Experience implementing **unit tests** (JUnit, Mockito, etc.) and **component tests** (RestAssured, Selenium, etc.). * Degree in Computer Engineering or Vocational Training (FP2) in DAM / DAW. * Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Software Architecture, AI, Big Data, or related field. * Certifications are valued. * English level B1\. ***What can we offer you?*** * Permanent, full-time contract. * Hybrid work model. * Opportunity to join one of Spain’s companies with the **Best Corporate Reputation**, according to the Merco Companies Ranking 2025\. * **Discount** on your Dia purchases. * Flexible Compensation Plan. * Continuous **training** via our Learning Platform. ***Desirable Skills:*** * Experience with **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spark, Apache Beam, React, AngularJS.** * Experience developing **cloud-based applications** and Cloud Native microservices architectures. * **Front-End** development with **Vue3** (other frameworks such as React or AngularJS are also desirable). * Knowledge of **containerization** technologies (Docker) and **orchestration** (Kubernetes). * Experience with **project and collaboration tools** (Jira, Confluence). * Knowledge of **software security** and secure coding best practices. * Experience developing **distributed applications and messaging systems** (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and **automating component tests**. * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
