Our team of over 10,000 people across 8 countries (Spain, Portugal, Poland, the UK, the United States, Mexico, Chile, and Brazil) develops and implements financial solutions across a broad spectrum of technologies (including Blockchain, Big Data, and Angular, among others) on both on-premises and cloud platforms. **THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE** Global Cyber Operations is seeking a **Cloud Identity Administrator for our offices in Boadilla del Monte.** The “Global Identity Cyber Operations” team’s role is to protect authentication layers and corporate identity protection. The team’s mission is to implement the necessary processes and tools to control *who* has the ability to perform privileged operations on systems, databases, clouds, and other administrative consoles. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: * Tasks related to the Cloud Identity team (Azure, AWS, GCP) * SLA monitoring. * Meetings for service definition. * Day-to-day operational support across Cloud environments. * Collaboration with other Santander Group teams (Protect, Entities, etc.) * Continuous improvement of Cyber processes. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. If you have the spirit, here are the indispensable qualifications we’ll look for in your CV: * **Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.** * **Entra ID Identity Hardening.** * Management of Conditional Access policies. * **Privileged Identity Management (PIM).** * RBAC role management and delegation of permissions in Entra ID and Azure resources. * Azure MFA. * Microsoft 365 Defender: Defender for Identity. * Identity Protection. * Password Protection. * Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud: RBAC, identity management. * **English: Advanced level.** * TFE for deployments. * QuickSilver. * Scripting: PowerShell, Graph. * Ironchip. * SPN management across all clouds. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership skills. * Ability to drive execution of ambitious goals through effective planning, prioritization, resource management, and tracking. * Ability to manage multiple ongoing initiatives. * Ability to lead by example. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to anticipate industry trends. * Ability to maintain and implement best practices within the field. * High-level understanding of threats and information security maintenance.
