Professional environment focused on excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Description:** ---------------- We are recruiting a **QUALITY DIRECTOR** to assume overall responsibility for Quality Management across all **GRUPO MARTIKO** plants, headquartered in **Bera**, with additional plants located in Lerin, Bilbao, and Málaga. **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Lead the Group’s global Quality strategy**, defining policies, standards, and common processes for all plants. * **Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (IFS)**, guaranteeing successful internal and external audits. * **Coordinate the work of Quality Managers and Laboratory Teams** at each plant, promoting alignment, development, and a culture of continuous improvement. * **Develop and implement control systems, performance indicators, and corrective actions** to ensure maximum product quality. * **Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, R\+D, and Sales** to ensure system coherence and rapid resolution of incidents. * Manage a team of approximately 20 people, fostering their development and ensuring efficient organizational structure within the department. **What do we offer?** * Strategic project with high impact on the organization. * Stable integration into an established company in the food sector. * Professional environment focused on excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. * Multidisciplinary team and direct collaboration with senior management. **Requirements:** --------------- What are we looking for in you? * University degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Sciences, or related fields. * Between **7 and 10 years of experience** in Quality leadership roles within industrial environments, preferably in the food sector. * **Desirable:** Knowledge of regulations such as IFS or other food safety standards. * **English level B2.** * Ability to manage teams, influence cross-functional areas, and establish common processes. * Willingness to travel to the Group’s various plants. **REF: 26/09426**
