JOB FUNCTIONS Planning, implementation, and evaluation of socio-educational intervention activities, as well as monitoring the specific needs and risk factors of individuals participating in the project. Designing and facilitating group activities, workshops, and training sessions on addiction prevention (substances, screens, and new technologies). Promoting mental health and encouraging healthy lifestyles from a pedagogical perspective among the organization’s service users. Intervention in crisis situations and technical mediation in conflict scenarios. Accompanying individuals to specialized resources and/or administrative bodies when deemed necessary. Fostering up-to-date knowledge within the team regarding socio-educational dynamics of addictive behaviors and their impact on families or other vulnerable contexts. Compliance with legal, documentary, and record-keeping requirements for projects. Preparing reports, summaries, and improvement proposals for projects, as well as performing administrative management tasks related to them. Coordination and follow-up with other members of the Arraianas team, as well as with professionals from other organizations and/or public bodies. Supporting the organization’s interns and/or volunteers. **Profile:** **Minimum Requirements:** University degree in Social Education. High cultural competence and experience working with migrants and/or applicants for International Protection. Proven experience in this position for at least one year. Knowledge of local social and health resources. Proficiency in co-official languages. Proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases, etc. Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses. High sensitivity, social commitment, and alignment with the organization’s values. Valid driver’s license. Personal vehicle. **Desirable Requirements:** Specialized training in addictions (substance-related and behavioral/digital addictions). Training in gender equality and migration.
