Description
The position involves working on the production line of an industrial company specifically focused on the automotive sector. Responsibilities include monitoring and supervising machine operation to ensure uninterrupted and efficient performance, as well as performing mold changes according to production cycle requirements to accommodate different parts and components. Additionally, a key part of the role is inspecting and controlling the quality of manufactured parts, ensuring compliance with established standards before proceeding to the next stage of the manufacturing process. The work environment is dynamic and requires high concentration and strict adherence to established procedures, directly contributing to production flow and final product quality. Work is carried out within a team where coordination and communication are essential to meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining a safe and organized workplace. Full availability is required to rotate among three shifts: morning shift (6:00–14:00), afternoon shift (14:00–22:00), and night shift (22:00–6:00). The employment contract is temporary, though intended for continuity, with a maximum duration of twelve months. Prior experience in a factory environment is required; specific experience in the automotive sector is preferred and highly valued. A personal vehicle is mandatory for daily commuting to the workplace. No specific academic qualifications or certifications are required for this position.
