Instructor for Basic Fishmongery Operations Course

We are seeking an instructor to deliver a 100-hour Basic Fishmongery Operations course in Talavera de la Reina (Toledo). Responsibilities include training students in the fundamental techniques of the sector. Candidates must hold a Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP), teaching authorization, or certification for vocational training. Demonstrable prior experience in the occupation is also accepted, and experience in training is valued. **The position offers two contractual arrangements:** employment contract or self-employed (freelance) contract. The duration is 15 days, with full-time work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 15:00\. The gross hourly rate is €35/hour for an employment contract, and €47/hour for a self-employed contract.
