Collaborate on application evolution, modernization, and migration. **Job Description** At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for an OutSystems Specialist to join a large-scale technological transformation program within the banking sector. You will participate in the progressive evolution, modernization, and migration of a broad application ecosystem to the OutSystems platform, as part of a strategic project with significant business impact. We seek a candidate with solid OutSystems development experience, capable of participating across the full application lifecycle—from design and development to continuous improvement and technical support. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and evolve applications on the OutSystems platform. * Participate in projects involving migration and modernization of existing applications. * Implement solutions following best practices for development, quality, performance, and maintainability. * Develop integrations with corporate systems via APIs and external services. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining and implementing new functionalities. * Resolve incidents and provide technical support during development and deployment phases. * Participate in technical reviews and ensure delivery quality. * Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and application lifecycles. **Requirements:** * Proven experience working with OutSystems, preferably 3–5 years or more. * Experience in web and mobile development using OutSystems, with emphasis on reactive programming and custom components. * Knowledge of integration via REST and SOAP APIs. * Experience working with relational databases and data modeling. * Familiarity with best practices for application development and maintenance. * Ability to work in agile environments and multidisciplinary teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * OutSystems certification (Associate Developer, Professional Developer, or equivalent). * Experience in digital transformation projects or legacy application migration. * Prior experience in banking or financial environments. * Knowledge of application architecture and scalable solution design. * Experience in high-criticality projects with large user volumes. **Conditions** * 100% remote work mode. * Long-term contract/collaboration. **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals with extensive experience in technology consulting.
