Food Production Worker

Description

We are seeking personnel for a food production team focused on baking bread and pastries. The selected candidate will perform essential process tasks, including product packaging, boxing, and labeling, as well as auxiliary duties such as dough mixing and baking. This position ensures quality and efficiency at every stage within a dynamic and collaborative environment. A temporary biweekly contract is offered, renewable with a genuine opportunity to transition to a permanent position after three months of strong performance. The schedule follows rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) due to the plant’s continuous operation. Proactivity and commitment to food safety are highly valued, and all necessary training will be provided. The salary is €10.33 gross per hour, plus a night-shift premium. Previous experience as a warehouse assistant, production operator, or cook is required. Knowledge of food handling and basic electronics or mechatronics is desirable.
