Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality and Laboratory Technician to join our production plant team, responsible for supervising processes, analyzing products, and supporting audits in the dairy sector. Dynamic environment to learn and grow in food quality We require a Quality and Laboratory Technician for an established dairy company in Talavera de la Reina. The position involves joining the on-site quality team, performing tasks such as monitoring production standards, supervising in-line and finished-product processes, sampling, physicochemical and microbiological analyses (bacteria, allergens, salmonella), flavor analysis, and tracking incidents and non-conformities. You will also support internal audits, hygiene controls, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. We offer a stable project with a genuine opportunity for permanent employment, a salary of EUR 18.97 gross per hour plus allowances, and guided training on internal processes and regulations. Full mastery of all processes is not required from day one, as a structured adaptation period is provided.
