Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the international trade department, responsible for customer service, logistics management, new customer acquisition, and support to the export team. Responsibilities include handling and following up on customer inquiries and orders via multiple channels (website, email, WhatsApp, telephone), managing logistics procedures for shipments, monitoring deliveries, acquiring new customers, maintaining the customer database, performing commercial tasks, and supporting the export team. Previous experience, formal education in international trade (Advanced Vocational Training or Master’s degree), and C1-level proficiency in English and French are required. A permanent contract is offered, with full-time work from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The monthly gross salary is €1550, paid in 12 prorated installments.
