Joining Puy du Fou Spain means becoming part of an environment where talent, commitment, and pride of belonging converge to make the extraordinary possible. ### **Responsibilities** We offer a **temporary** contract for the **Christmas season.** The hospitality team seeks to hire an usher to carry out the following functions. **Functions:** * Welcoming, treating, informing, and guiding visitors appropriately * Opening and closing the buildings housing the various shows * Managing visitor flows and monitoring stand occupancy within each building * Intervening in case of accidents * Acting in accordance with established protocols and emergency plans * Collaborating as part of a team with other hospitality teams to anticipate visitor flows and prevent incidents * Recording incidents occurring during operations and reporting them to the supervisor * Cleaning and maintaining one's assigned work area ### **Requirements** * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) * Customer service experience * Flexible availability * Teamwork skills * Personal vehicle
