Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan and optimize material supply, manage incidents, and lead continuous improvement in the supply chain, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and ensure material supply in the production chain. 2. Optimize material flow and manage incidents with agility. 3. Lead continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives for the Supply Chain. Power Electronics’ vision is to lead renewable energy generation and contribute to a clean and sustainable world for future generations. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * **Plan and ensure material supply**, launching and managing delivery schedules with suppliers aligned with production planning. * **Optimize real-time material flow.** You will be the brain ensuring everything arrives when needed—on time, in quality, and in quantity. * **Manage incidents with agility and foresight.** You will resolve unexpected issues swiftly, keeping production running without compromising quality. * **Collaborate with cross-functional teams.** You will serve as the liaison between Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning, working synergistically. * **Analyze data to make intelligent decisions.** You will use digital tools—including Power BI—and work with KPIs to ensure supplier performance and prevent stockouts. * **Lead continuous improvement initiatives.** You will identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance processes and outcomes. * **Participate in the digital transformation of the Supply Chain function.** You will engage with new technologies (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Data Analytics) to transform and improve procurement management. **Requirements:** * Education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification * Prior experience working in industrial environments. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience using SAP for procurement processes is desirable. * English language level: B2 **What is our purpose?** To contribute to technological development for clean energy generation that benefits the environment—guided by our core values of Excellence, Innovation, Flexibility, and Sustainability. **What makes us special?** * We offer you a stable project. * Flexible working hours. * Private health insurance fully covered by Power Electronics. * Subsidized cafeteria.
