Manage the entire process from pre-sales consultation through product sales to after-sales service, with emphasis on comprehensive service offerings and fast, proactive responses; 2. Develop product sales strategies aligned with the department’s monthly and annual goals; formulate and implement sales plans; assume responsibility for sales figures and growth metrics within assigned customer portfolios; 3. Actively promote the company’s full product portfolio and value-added services; thoroughly identify potential customer order requirements; and increase customers’ order share with the company; 4. Collect diverse requirements from key customers and monitor market trends; coordinate internal resources to drive optimization and improvement of products and services; enhance customer experience while supporting strategic decisions on product development direction; 5. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
