As a Labor Technical Support Agent, you must: * **Customer Support**: This role involves communicating effectively with users to understand and resolve their issues or questions concerning labor management software. * **Resolution of Advisors’ Queries**: You are expected to assist labor advisors with specific inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance within the labor domain. * **Incident and Error Reporting**: Documenting and reporting issues is essential to improve management software.
