Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to supervise and operate production lines in Talavera de la Reina, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety, with attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement. Collaboration in continuous improvement and operational efficiency Personnel are required to supervise and operate production lines in an industrial environment in Talavera de la Reina. The individual will ensure that processes comply with quality, efficiency, and safety standards, paying close attention to detail and following technical procedures to maintain continuity and minimize downtime. Daily tasks include routine inspections to prevent failures, basic preventive and corrective maintenance, and detailed recording of production data. Collaboration with the team to improve processes is also required, and industrial safety and hygiene protocols must be strictly followed. The position requires adaptability to various types of machinery and changes in work pace, as well as effective communication with supervisors to report incidents or deviations. The goal is to achieve smooth production, meeting volume and technical specifications, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Vocational training (FP) in Mechanics, Electronics, or a related field. Prior experience in production lines or industrial maintenance. Basic knowledge of interpreting mechanical or electrical drawings and schematics. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Capability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures. Availability to work rotating shifts or flexible hours.
