This is a permanent position offered in remote work mode. **Requirements** Mandatory: * Minimum 10 years of IT experience * Minimum 3–4 years of Project Management experience (depending on the role) * Key responsibilities include: + Gathering and defining business requirements + Ensuring functional consistency of the product + Coordinating among technical teams, business units, and vendors + Supervising the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of features + Ensuring high service levels and product quality + Economic control of projects * Language: English at B2 level or higher. * Required Skills: + Kanban. In-depth knowledge of Kanban implementation at both team and department levels—including aggregated boards—and use of metrics: - Lead time, delivery ratio, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) limits. - Application of Kanban principles and practices. - Design and modeling of workflow systems. - Visualization of workflow and WIP limitation. - Identification and management of bottlenecks. - Application of techniques for managing evolutionary change while minimizing resistance. + Scrum. - Demonstrable experience in Scrum projects and active participation in Scrum ceremonies. - Advanced proficiency in Jira.
