We seek a candidate to join our team who shares our values of design, sustainability, and continuous improvement, and who is ready to take on the technical challenge of structuring and optimizing our organization’s workflows. **Your Impact on the Organization** --------------------------------- We seek an expert, analytical professional who will assume direct responsibility for evaluating the efficiency of each department and ensuring that job titles, hierarchical levels, and team sizes are perfectly aligned with the business strategy. **Your Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------------- Workflow Optimization: Analyze and meticulously map current processes across functional and production departments to identify redundancies or inefficiencies. Organizational Architecture and Organizational Chart: Develop, codify, and maintain the company’s global organizational chart and its hierarchy tree and levels, ensuring structural coherence and consistent job title nomenclature for every newly created position. Standardization of Job Titles and Levels: Unify and align job titles and hierarchical levels across the entire company under criteria of hierarchical coherence and internal equity. Efficient Team Sizing: Establish methodological frameworks to determine appropriate team size and composition across different areas by analyzing workload against actual operational capacity. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** ------------------------- We seek a methodical professional with strong strategic and systemic business vision, rigorous in defining competency boundaries, and capable of leading change management initiatives with senior leadership and middle management. **Education:** University degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Sciences, Labor Relations, or a related field. Postgraduate education in Business Process Management (BPM) or Strategic Management will be especially valued. **Experience:** Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Organization and Methods (O\&M) departments, operations consulting, internal process auditing, or corporate organizational design. Prior experience in organizations with complex value-chain workflows or in operations consulting firms is essential. **Languages:** Minimum B2 level English (Upper-Intermediate) **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in business process modeling and diagramming tools (e.g., MS Visio, Bizagi Modeler, Lucidchart, or similar). Proven experience developing corporate functional manuals (DPTs), RACI matrices, and Delegation of Authority (DoA) policies.
