At **COSERMO**, an engineering company specializing in in-house manufacturing, industrial assembly, and maintenance, we are seeking **Industrial Assemblers for industrial shutdowns**, to join our Production Department based at our headquarters in Gijón (Asturias). **What would your responsibilities be?** * Assembly and disassembly of equipment, piping, metal structures, and mechanical components. * Performing adjustment, alignment, and assembly tasks for components. * Supporting corrective and preventive maintenance activities. * Operating hand tools and lifting equipment. * Adhering to established safety and quality procedures for each project. * Collaborating with various work teams to ensure shutdown deadlines are met. **What do we expect from you?** Prior experience as an industrial assembler, industrial mechanic, or in a similar role. * Availability for travel and work at various industrial sites. * Basic knowledge of blueprint interpretation. * Ability to work effectively in a team, strong safety orientation, and commitment to high-quality work. * Valid driving license category B. **The following qualifications will be especially valued:** * 20-hour occupational risk prevention training for the metal sector. * 60-hour training in preventive resources. * Specific training for working at heights, mobile elevated work platforms, and confined spaces. * Training in forklift trucks and overhead cranes. * Experience in industrial shutdowns within sectors such as energy, steelmaking, chemicals, or petrochemicals. **COSERMO** guarantees equal opportunities and non-discrimination in its selection processes, applying criteria of suitability and professional competence in accordance with Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, and the Company’s Equality Plan.
