Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Quality Technician to optimize industrial processes in the plastics sector, collaborating with the Quality Management and Product Development Departments. Participation in implementing improvements and certifications Gold Talent is looking for a Quality Technician to join a growing industrial company in the plastics sector. This is a position with career progression, working directly with the Quality Management and Product Development Departments, where you will learn, contribute, and grow within a real production plant environment. What will be your mission? Ensure the proper functioning of quality processes on-site, identify improvements, and actively contribute to industrial optimization. This is not a passive role. We seek someone who analyzes, identifies, and acts. What will you do on a daily basis? Quality control and monitoring in production, logistics, and operations Process analysis and identification of deviations and incidents Resolution of quality-related issues Quality control of materials and manufacturing processes Participation in implementing improvements and certifications Direct support to the Quality Management and Product Development Departments Candidate Profile We Are Seeking Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Organization, Chemical, Agricultural, or related field) At least 2 years of experience in industrial quality Knowledge of quality control and process analysis Analytical, problem-solving profile with a continuous improvement orientation Organizational skills and ability to work in a team Personal vehicle **Preferred qualifications:** Experience in the plastics or hydrosanitary sector CAD software proficiency English language proficiency What does the company offer?
