**Home Care Assistant BANYERES DE MARIOLA** **Job Description:** We are seeking a committed, responsible, and service-oriented Home Care Assistant to provide care and support to elderly individuals, as well as perform cleaning tasks in private homes. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive support to users in situations of dependency, contributing to improved well-being, autonomy, and quality of life. **Work Area:** Banyeres de Mariola **Essential Requirements:** * Formal training in the sociosanitary field, such as: * Professional Certification in Sociosanitary Care for People at Home. * Professional Certification in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Nursing Auxiliary Technician (TCAE). * Or equivalent qualifications. * Prior experience in caring for and supporting elderly individuals. * Responsible, empathetic, patient person with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Verifiable professional references. * Knowledge of mobilizing dependent individuals. * Experience in monitoring and administering medication according to established guidelines. * Knowledge of common pathologies in elderly individuals (Alzheimer's disease, dementias, or other neurodegenerative diseases). **Main Responsibilities:** * Personalized care and companionship for elderly individuals. * Support with basic daily living activities: personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility. * Supervision and follow-up of daily routines. * Medication management according to prescribed instructions. * Emotional support and encouragement of social participation. * Performing household cleaning and basic maintenance tasks. **We Offer:** * TEMPORARY employment contract for replacements, with potential for fixed services. * **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:45–13:00 and 16:00–18:30** * **Replacement period: August 17–31** * Job stability and a positive working environment. * **VEHICLE REQUIRED** * A respectful and collaborative professional environment. * Possibility of increasing working hours according to service needs. * **Start Date:** Immediate Job Type: Temporary Contract Benefits: * Provided uniform Salary: €9.60–€12.00 per hour Benefits: * Mileage reimbursement * Provided uniform Work Location: On-site employment
