Description

The electromechanical technician position focuses on the comprehensive maintenance of industrial machinery and systems. Responsibilities include performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to anticipate potential failures and ensure operational continuity. In addition, corrective maintenance interventions are required, efficiently diagnosing and resolving malfunctions to minimize downtime. The professional will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing and implementing optimizations to processes and equipment to enhance efficiency and service life. Work is carried out in a dynamic industrial environment where precision and safety are fundamental. Teamwork capability and proactivity in identifying areas for improvement will be valued. This role is critical to sustaining operational productivity, requiring a methodical approach and solid technical understanding of electromechanical systems. Hiring is direct and indefinite by the company. The work schedule consists of rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights from Monday to Friday, occasionally including some Saturdays. Salary will be determined and negotiated during the selection process. A medium-level Vocational Training qualification in maintenance, mechatronics, or similar specialties is required. A minimum of three years of demonstrable experience in an analogous position within the industrial sector is essential. Additionally, having one's own vehicle for mobility is mandatory.
