You will join the Talent and Culture team, actively participating in comprehensive people management and strategic area projects. Your responsibilities will include: Organizational Management and Development • Drafting and updating Job Descriptions, ensuring their alignment with functional reality. • Designing and maintaining the Organizational Structure and its organizational charts. • Preparing reports on reorganization and structural changes across various businesses or services. Internal Attraction and Selection • Fully managing internal selection processes: posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, administering technical tests, preparing reports, and communicating with candidates. • Ensuring a close, objective process aligned with DISA’s culture. Talent Development • Coordinating and carrying out the annual performance evaluation process (DISA Talenta), covering both qualitative and quantitative dimensions. • Supporting development actions to enhance people’s experience, growth, and engagement. Work–Life Balance, Equality, and Well-being • Managing work–life balance measures within the DISA Concilia program. • Participating in diagnosing and developing the Equality Plan.
