Are you passionate about helping people and working in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our team. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for managing and maintaining payment and discount card data, as well as providing close and efficient service to our customers. Your main responsibilities: ✅ Handle and resolve customer information or assistance requests, primarily received by telephone, but also via other channels such as email, web, and fax. ✅ Manage incidents/interactions/tickets through CRM. ✅ Comply with data protection procedures. ✅ Perform and monitor multitasking duties.
