**CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN** *Indefinite contract after probationary period – Full-time* At **EFEALCUBO ARQUITECTURA**, a young yet experienced studio with over 10 years of professional practice and currently undergoing significant growth, we are seeking to incorporate a **Construction Technician** into our team to strengthen the control and management of construction projects we undertake across the provinces of Alicante and Valencia. **Who are we?** We are a dynamic studio with an excellent, flexible, and collaborative work environment. We handle both public and private projects of varying scales—from renovations and refurbishments to new-build developments and infrastructure facilities. **Job Responsibilities** + Monitoring and supervision of assigned construction projects. + Regular site visits and coordination with contractors, technical supervisors, and clients. + Ability to independently manage construction projects, making decisions in coordination with the studio team. + Economic and technical oversight of project execution. + Review of certifications, quantity surveys, and on-site documentation. **Requirements and Competencies** + Qualification in: Architecture, Technical Architecture, Construction Engineering, ICCP, or Civil Engineering. + Prior construction site experience is valued but not mandatory. + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Arquímedes (highly desirable). + Responsible, proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills. + Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites within the province. **What we offer** + Opportunity to join a stable studio with 10 years of experience and a clear growth-oriented vision. + Indefinite contract following successful completion of a 6-month probationary period. + Flexible working hours and a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work environment. + Genuine opportunities for professional growth and autonomy. + Involvement in diverse projects (public works, private developments, renovations, new builds, etc.). **Please send your CV and any other relevant information to: administracion@efealcubo.es** Employment type: Full-time Salary: €22,000.00–€25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development assistance * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite contract Work location: On-site
